Corporate Retreats
Have planned a corporate retreat for 150 employees over a three day period. Coordinated the event location, on-site caterering, decorating theme, prizes for individuals and teams and team building activities. The retreat was held at the beautiful Woodlands Resort in Summerville, SC. The retreat was planned for three days to allow all employees to attend. On-site caterering was provided by the Woodlands.
Company Picnics
Helped plan the logistics of a company picnic for over 200 people. Coordinated the event location, T-Shirt design, food options and games for the kids. Most company picnics have been held at the James Island County Park or Brittle Bank Park.
Holiday Parties
Helped plan and coordinate Holiday Parties for group sizes 20-200. Coordinated arranging for door prizes (18" Color TV), band, theme and catering. The theme was a winter snow land, complete with lots of twinkling white lights.
Halloween Costume Party
Planned and coordinated halloween costume parties for groups of 20-150. Included decorating the guest bath in the "Chuckie Theme", complete with blood in the tub, on the walls and the doll. This one was a real SCREAM!
Corporate International Meetings
Have coordinated several international meetings; group size ranging from 10-50. Services included the coordination of the conference rooms, audio visual equipment, off-site caterering, hotel stays, evening entertainment in Charleston and car rentals. All meetings have been high level business meetings.
Weddings
Successfully helped plan, coordinate and manage weddings. Weddings sizes have ranged from 50-125. Coordinated caterering, photographers, limo services, clean-up crew, stationary for the wedding, delivery of gifts to the newly weds home, hotel stays for the guests, and coordinated the events of the day to ensure smooth operations.
